- Monday - Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday*: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. – noon for administrative duties

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. Please review our scheduling policy.
Insurance
Terms of orthodontic insurance coverage vary from company to company and policy to policy. We therefore make all financial arrangements with the patient/family directly. Once these financial commitments have been arranged to our mutual satisfaction, we will be pleased to complete the necessary forms and submit them to your insurance company.
