Financial arrangements will be discussed at the initial visit and then again at the treatment conference. No two orthodontic treatment plans are identical, so costs may be different from patient to patient. We offer flexible payment plans to meet the specific needs of each family. Most patients finance their payments over the duration of treatment with monthly no-interest installment payments using a payment booklet, an auto bank draft from a bank account, a credit card or the CareCredit program.
For the convenience of our patients who choose to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
Insurance
Terms of orthodontic insurance coverage vary from company to company and policy to policy. We therefore make all financial arrangements with the patient/family directly. Once these financial commitments have been arranged to our mutual satisfaction, we will be pleased to complete the necessary forms and submit them to your insurance company.
